Report and Statement Filing Training

This training provided specific alcohol and cannabis license holders guidance on how to successfully complete and submit required compliance filings.  

The below alcohol-licensed establishments and license types are required to file by the listed dates. Deadlines that fall on the weekend should be submitted the next business day:

Hotels, Restaurants and Brew Pubs | Quarterly Statements

  • Due: May 1 | For: Q1 January 1-March 31
  • Due: July 31 | For: Q2 April 1-June 30
  • Due: October 30 | For: Q3 July 1-September 30 
  • Due: January 30 | For: Q4 October 1-December 30

Caterers and Third-Party Alcohol Deliveries |  Semiannual Statements

  • Due: January 30 | For: July 1 - December 31
  • Due: July 31 | For: January 1 - June 30

Wine Pubs, Full Service Grocery Stores (Class B), 25 Percent Grocery Stores (Class A), and 25 Percent Retailers (Class B) | Annual Statement

  • Wine Pubs are due: January 15 | For: January 1 - December 31
  • Grocery Stores (A, B) and Retailers (B) are due: February 29 | For: January 1 - December 31

Licensed medical cannabis Retailers and Cultivation Centers are also required to submit biannual compliance reports:

  • Due: July 31 | For: January 1 - June 30
  • Due: January 30 | For: July 1 - December 31
