Alcohol licensed caterers are required to submit semiannual reports that detail the sales and expenditures for both alcoholic beverages and food.

Reports are due annually on:

• July 30 | January 1-June 30 activity 
• January 30 | July 1-December 31 activity 

Due dates falling on weekends or District Government or federal holidays carryover to the next business day.

Licensees must submit a report regardless if sales or expenditures total zero (0), including during the period of time concurrent with the public health emergency.

Statements received by mail, fax, or placed in our secure drop box will be rejected without notification. As a courtesy reminder, licensees that file late, incomplete, or no semiannual reports are subject to penalties.
